as federal, state and local law enforcement officers handling undercover
assignments, NFC's investigators are fully adapted to multiple work
environments.
 NFC's
investigators understand the rules of evidence and thoroughly document their
activities and observations for presentation at civil or criminal proceedings.
All NFC investigators have extensive experience testifying under oath and are
available to appear as expert witnesses in criminal, civil and administrative
hearings. NFC's staff provides investigative and surveillance support to the
undercover assignment and will establish the required liaison with appropriate
law enforcement agencies.
At NFC, undercover scenarios and procedures are reviewed with our clients prior
to initiating any undercover activity. Periodic updates are provided as
requested by the client. At all times, the safety of the undercover investigator
