James H. Vaules
,
Chief Executive Officer of NFC Global, LLC.  Mr. Vaules joined NFC in 1996.  Before assuming his current position, he was responsible for investigative and marketing functions.  From 1969 until 1996, Mr. Vaules served with the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Special Agent, Supervisor at the White Collar Crime Section of FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. and Agent-in-Charge of the Atlantic City Office.  He served as the FBI’s representative to the Department of Justice’s Security Fraud Working Group and Insurance Fraud Working Group.

Galen R. Clements is a Partner and has been Director of Investigations for NFC Global, LLC since 1997.  Prior to joining NFC Global, LLC, he spent 14 years with the Philadelphia Police Department and 12 years with the Philadelphia District Attorney's office. During Mr. Clements' tenure with Law Enforcement he held several positions such as Detective, Detective Sergeant and Director of Investigations in the Narcotics Enforcement Division.
Donald Wadsworth is a Partner and Executive Vice President of NFC Global, LLC. He specializes in creating Private-Public Sector partnerships for NFC Global’s corporate clients with Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement and Emergency Management agencies.  He has extensive experience in crisis management and critical incident response planning and training. Prior to joining NFC, he served as a Special Agent of the FBI for 29 years.
 

Thomas Daly
is a Partner and Executive Vice President of NFC Global, LLC. He specializes in the development of risk management solutions for NFC Global’s financial and insurance industry clients. His extensive experience in domestic and international criminal investigations and crime prevention has provided NFC Global clients with invaluable support in the development of loss prevention, corporate due diligence, and regulatory compliance strategies.  Prior to joining NFC, he served as a Special Agent of the FBI for 29 years.
 

William R. Kisby
is a Partner and Executive Vice President of NFC Global, LLC. Mr. Kisby is responsible for customer development and the supervising of due diligence investigations in the Gaming industry worldwide, in addition to offshore banking and foreign government due diligence in the Caribbean. Prior to joining NFC, Mr. Kisby was an Intelligence Officer with the New Jersey State Police for 27 years investigating organized crime.
 
Timothy S. Tangye Chief Technology Officer.  Mr. Tangye joined NFC Global in 1991 and has over 18 years of professional experience in information technology.  His educational background in Criminal Justice, police training and information technology experience combine to give him special insights into cyber crime and information security.  He has performed computer investigations, forensics and search and seizure work for major U.S. corporations, educational institutions and government agencies.  Mr. Tangye has performed undercover investigative work for law enforcement agencies and the U.S. Naval Investigative Service.
 
Joseph Kunkle is an experienced NFC Global, LLC security consultant, who specializes in designing tailored security programs to minimize the operational impact of terrorist attacks, technological failures, and natural disasters. He has 20 years experience as a military bomb squad commander, on-scene incident commander, terrorism-tactics, techniques, and procedures instructor, and hazardous materials technician and instructor. He has performed threat and risk analysis and developed critical incident plans for operations worldwide – including operational procedures for suicide bombers in Iraq, to developing layered security and recovery procedures and incorporating appropriate technologies for deterrence, detection, delay, and response activities that are critical for business recovery.

Dr. Edward M. Weinstein, Ph.D has worked in force protection, particularly in blast mitigation and explosive screening technologies for more than 12 years. Experience includes design, prototyping, structural analysis, blast data analysis, finite element analyses, shock and vibration tests, and design of explosive screening devices and deployments. He has also worked on blast mitigation of buildings, both remediating existing structures and adapting primary design to incorporate blast resistance.

Dr. Herbert G. Weinstein, Ph.D has over 40 years experience as consultant to the chemical industry.  His experience includes authorship of NOx emission standards for the State of Illinois, reactor safety design for Exxon, DuPont, and BASF.  He has also worked extensively in plant safety, streamlining production processes to minimize undesired reactants and byproducts, preventing runaway conditions, improving operational safety, and has worked on environmental compliance. 

Scott Nelson, MPS is a senior security consultant with the NFC Global, LLC risk management team.  Mr. Nelson served as a Deputy Assistant Director-Inspector of the FBI Academy, Chief of Public Affairs for worldwide FBI operations, Assistant Special Agent in Charge of a large FBI field office, and Vice President of global security for both Warner Bros. Studios, Burbank, CA and AOL Time Warner, NY.  Mr. Nelson served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps receiving numerous decorations for combat operations as an infantry company commander in Vietnam.  He is an adjunct professor of Criminal Justice in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Phoenix and also the Business and Organizational Security Management Graduate Program at Webster University.
 
Fred Romonowski is a senior security consultant with the NFC Global, LLC. risk management team. Mr. Romonowski served 22 years in the United States military (United States Army and New Jersey Army National Guard) with military occupational specialties in military police, intelligence and physical security. He served for 25 years with the New Jersey State Police where he conducted and supervised in-depth background investigations of applicants seeking licensure as casino employees, key staff employees and ancillary vendors serving the casino industry. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.

Michael Malia is a widely recognized expert and consultant in the field of surveillance and security CCTV and card reader/alarm systems design and operation. For more than 25 years he has been providing innovative high technology design, specifications and operational services to major domestic and international corporate clients.

Keith Thomas is NFC Global, LLC’s Computer Forensics consultant. He is responsible for conducting forensic computer examinations for clients, provide training regarding technique, methodology and procedures in conducting investigations relating to electronic storage management protocols. Mr. Thomas served as a Special Agent-NCIS for more than 15 years, specializing in computer forensic examinations and foreign counterintelligence investigations.

Stephen Patrick Cain, MBE  A retired major of the British Army and an attorney, Stephen is the senior counter-terrorism advisor for NFC's Sentinel® Team.  With some 35 years of practice and experience in his field, Mr. Cain adds to the value of both the synergy and the individual expertise of this highly professional and unique group.  Throughout his career he has served several operational tours against terrorist groups, has studied, written about and lectured on terrorism at national and international levels, and has assisted corporations in developing critical incident strategies.  He will assist clients in both the national and international arenas.

Stephen Gale, Ph.D is a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania with appointments in the Departments of Regional Science and Political Science and is Co-Chairman of the Foreign Policy Research Institute’s Center on Terrorism, Counter-Terrorism, and Homeland Security.  As a consultant on issues related to security and terrorism, Dr. Gale has undertaken assignments for Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories, the US department of Energy, and a number of defense related agencies. Dr. Gale received his BS, MA, and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Michigan. In addition to his current position, Dr. Gale has also served on the faculty of the University of California, Berkeley, Northwestern University , and Columbia University.

Ray Salamy is an experienced security consultant who specializes in canine operations designed to minimize the threat of terrorist attacks.  Mr. Salamy served 21 years in the United States military (United States Air Force) as a Canine Program Manager and Operations Director, and 10 years with the National Capital Region Police Department as Director of Law Enforcement.  He has performed vulnerability and risk assessments, conducted Instructional Systems Development (ISD), and implemented canine protocols for operational deployments worldwide.  Mr. Salamy’s experience also includes:  National Crisis Management Incident Commander; Hazardous Materials Technician; instructor of detection of suicide bombers; and development and implementation of canine security skills essential in protecting security systems of all kinds.

Michael Keen, senior management consultant, specializes in fire safety and code compliance matters.  Mr. Keen spent 37 years with the Philadelphia Fire Department where he served as the high-rise code compliance officer.  He was assigned to the department’s Design and Compliance Team which played a significant role in overseeing the construction of numerous Center City high-rise commercial buildings, medical health care hospitals and teaching facilities.  He is a State Certified Fire Inspector, Building Code official, Fire Code Official and is certified by the International Code Council as a Fire Inspector and Building Code Administrator. He has extensive knowledge of life safety and regulatory codes as well as fire suppression and detection systems.
