NFC Global provides access to electronic versions of our standard release forms.  Release forms are required for some of the searches you may choose as part of your due-diligence case.  These releases must be signed by the subject of the due-diligence search.

For searches where a release form is required, we provide standard release forms here which you may download, print, complete, have signed and return to us by mail or fax (facsimile).  These release forms are sufficient in most cases, however some jurisdictions require their specific forms to be used.  If you have a specific form issued by a jurisdiction, please use that instead.  If a specific release form is required for a search you have requested, an NFC representative will contact you with instructions and to make the appropriate arrangements.  Searches requiring a release will not be performed until a signed release is received by NFC.  If you have your own release forms, please verify their suitability with NFC.  In many cases agencies have specific language requirements for release for release forms.  If your release is rejected, this will delay receiving your results.

To ensure a consistent format, the release forms are in PDF format.  You will need a suitable program on your computer to read this format.  A free program which will do so is the Adobe Acrobat® Reader:
