NFC Global LLC's Privacy Policy addresses information which it receives when individuals visit its Website.


Information Obtained From Visitors to NFC's Website  

NFC Global LLC's Privacy Policy determines what information it gathers from visitors to its Website and what it does with this information.  Essentially, this depends on what the visitor does when visiting the Website.  If the visitor reads or downloads information from NFC's Website, such as a description of NFC's products or services or a press release, NFC will collect and store only the following information concerning the visitor:  the fully qualified host name from which the visitor accesses the Internet, e.g., HOSTNAME.AOL.COM, if the visitor connects from an America Online account, or HOSTNAME.PRINCETON.EDU, if the visitor connects from Princeton University's domain, etc.; the date and time the visitor accesses the NFC Website; and the Internet address of the computer from which the visitor accesses NFC's Website.

If the visitor logs on to NFC’s WebProducts
System or submits an online application, NFC will collect and store only the following information concerning the visitor:  the fully qualified host name from which the visitor accesses the Internet, e.g., HOSTNAME.AOL.COM, if the visitor connects from an America Online account, or HOSTNAME.PRINCETON.EDU, if the visitor connects from Princeton University's domain, etc.; the date and time the visitor accesses the System or submits the application; the Internet address of the computer from which the visitor accesses the System or submits the application; the user name and password used; and session ID number of the visitor’s connection to our System.  For security purposes, NFC uses a cookie to help us determine the number of attempts made to log in to our system.  In addition, any information submitted as part of the application or other forms filled out by the visitor. 

NFC uses the information it collects from a visitor for network security purposes and to assess the usage of its Website to determine the areas of its Website that are most frequently visited.  This information is used to assist NFC in protecting its Website and network and in making the site more useful to its visitors.

NFC uses the information it collects from a visitor’s online application or form submittal to fulfill the research or services requested.  NFC may share this information with third parties only when the research or services are being performed on their behalf.  This information will be disclosed to the visitor prior to submittal.
