NFC Global and NominoData form Alliance to Assist with PATRIOT Act Compliance, offering a unique advantage to NominoData users.  NFC has formed a business alliance with NominoData, a technology company that offers Know Your Customer data through their service, CheckForRisk.com. Overseas Advisory Council:  In December 2007, NFC Global was accepted as a Constituent to the Overseas Advisory Council (OSAC), a Federal Advisory Committee with a U.S. Government Charter to promote security cooperation between American business, private sector interests worldwide and the U.S. Department of State.  NFC's Managing Partner, Galen R.
