licensed companies and governmental regulatory licensing bodies or commissions.
NFC's gaming investigations have
included gaming license investigations, due diligence on vendors and potential
partners, internal investigations, audits, surveillance, electronic sweeps,
executive screening and litigation support. In addition, NFC offers country
analyses, marketing studies, due diligence and training for companies looking to
expand into emerging gaming markets through our strategic alliance with
Spectrum Gaming Group.
This alliance has not only provided NFC with legal gaming expertise, but also
helps to formulate a "one stop shop" for all gaming regulatory, compliance and
investigative needs for NFC's gaming industry clients.

Our consulting services provide value to our clients by assisting them in
understanding the scope of a specific problem. On- and off-line solutions
provide timely and cost effective tools to protect clients' corporate assets and
stockholder value. Our goal is to proactively protect the client from negative
publicity and criminal, civil and regulatory exposure.
NFC's executives have over 30 years of criminal, regulatory and civil experience
in the gaming industry and have testified before the President's Commission on
Organized Crime in the casino industry and as experts on organized crime before
