Position:
Case Administrator/Research Analyst
Type:
Full Time
Location:
Linwood, New Jersey (10 minutes from Atlantic City)
Purpose:
Assist investigations in coordinating contract management and administration in accordance with
customer specifications as well as coordination of database research. Prepare and maintain contract
documentation.
Conduct research on domestic and foreign companies and individuals.
Summary
of Responsibilities:
Monitor contract-related activities and manage and track ongoing changes to
contract requirements.
Organize, track, and communicate
important contract deadlines and option dates to ensure fulfillment
of contractual obligations.
Liaise with clients, management, investigators, subcontractors and
database researchers. Using the
Internet, online databases, investigative resources and international
contacts, research analyst will locate, analyze and interpret data on
domestic and foreign individuals and companies.
Summary
of Major Requirements:
Qualified applicants must possess excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal, as well as organizational skills. Must be capable
of handling highly sensitive information and maintaining a high degree
of confidentiality
and possess
excellent planning
and organizational skills with strong attention to quality and detail.
Ability to conduct database research and possess
analytical thought process is essential. Applicant will be adept at working and communicating with all levels of
professionals, internal and external.
Must be
able to function
with only minimal direction after discussing scope of work and
expectations.
Ability
to speak languages other than English is beneficial, but not required.
A B.A. is required. A background which includes three to five years'
experience in contract administration is desired; three plus years of
database research experience is required.
